redleo plan and status check
redleo's long term plan (todo: apply wiki formatting, maybe table), "started" points normally mean that we need some help, otherwise it would be already completed

support creation of wikimedia-ch to support generation of online learning material. BR status: started.
conduct projects coming up.BR 1500 computers for albania, rwanda, cameroon, south africa.
build website where everybody can edit.BR status: partially done. missing: cms, like joomla.
find educational institutions, and gather ict (information and communication technology), financial and other infrastructure needs, and learning content needs.BR status: in progress. currently active are burundi, cameroon, colombia, kenya, mali, marocco, namibia, niceragua, nigeria, rwanda, south africa, tansania. for most countries entering into website is yet missing, for others we just know whom we want to contact.

- find sponsoring / financing partners. status: started. we know organisations to contact.
- find educational content partner. status: started. we know some institutions to contact.

started. negotiations with dell in progress. RedLeo promised to contact dell again with when project proposals are ready. goal is to get it to dell foundation.

- find local partners for tasks to be done: building, technical support, internet, ... status: started in mali, burundi.

- if we write "we know the companies to contact" it means, that we know companies which we need. it does not mean that we know all the companies, so we would be happy to know about other companies.

get a logo.BR status: done. name "redleo", means "red lion", can be used in urls, icons, as well as on t-shirts and for stuffed animals. get the redleo statutes ready to allow teaming up with small/new organizations with no track record. status: done.
