wlan for the city of klagenfurt. failed for two reasons: (1) public-private partnership too late, therefor slower project progress (2) dispersion of core team to united states, england, switzerland.

helped initiating students party plus in klagenfurt, immediately one of the strongest parties and later on winning öh elections with zero budget because of (then) [:PlusInnovativeConception:innovative conception]. still (2007) is one of the leading parties at that university.

online elections for students representation of 5000 students university klagenfurt. failed after 8 weeks, after technical and legal concept was nearly done, reason: elections are "sacred", and nobody would ever want to vote electronically. free broadband internet connection for all 150 people in the residence (i.e. nobody paid connection fees). the first "free for everybody" in the german speaking world we know of - organized with marketing, controlling, sponsoring, technics, entertainment to engage as many people as possible.
